as you may remember from a several posts ago, i ordered a bitchin' strokes iron-on from the "members only" portion of their site for like 3 bucks. it finally arrived on friday, and i was so excited to slap that thing on a shirt! so i did. the instructions said to use a piece of paper on top of the iron-on to avoid scorching. so i did. i just grabbed the closest piece of paper to me at the time. but, like a total idiot, i used it with the ink side down. STUPID. know what's stupider? the paper was an application to participate in my company's 401K.
it actually looks kind of cool, but i'm still hoping the ink part will wash out gradually. ugh.
nothing goes together better like rock n' roll and your retirement fund.

awwww, i like zee strokes! but i like zee devo, too. i saw them live over the summer, and it was INSANE, AMAZING, INCREDIBLE!!! everyone who was there was really really into them. i have a pic posted on some entry somewhere...i want to be a member of devo for halloween, but i don't think i can afford the outfit...boo...it's on my amazon wishlist and everything...
